White Sox sign Jeff Nelson

Okay, not a huge deal, but still.
The White Sox signed veteran reliever Jeff Nelson to a minor-league contract Tuesday with the strong possibility he could fortify an inconsistent bullpen. Nelson, 39, will report to extended spring training in Tucson, Ariz. He hasn't pitched since St. Louis released him in late March after he had pitched 5 2/3 shutout innings in spring training.

The Tribe's bullpen sucks, and true, I haven't been paying too much attention, but what have they been doing to improve it? I want to read blurbs about the Indians signing bullpen help to minor league contracts, not the ChiSox. Also, if the starters could last more than 5 innings, maybe the bullpen wouldn't look as bad.
